I would like to give you a tip, got to your wordpress admin and under the settings tab click on permalinks. Here select the %Date%PostName% as your permalinks links and this will change your blog post url to search engine friendly urls. Right now its "?p=102" and it will be changed to "i-joined-technorati". Wise thing to do technority is a very powerful directory of blogs.
